One or more competitive postdoctoral fellowships are available through PAI’s Armenian Genocide Research Program (AGRP). These fellowships are designated for recent doctoral degree recipients in fields relevant to the study and documentation of the Armenian Genocide of the early 20th Century, especially but not exclusively on the topics of: 1. Kurdish-Armenian relations before, during, and after the Armenian Genocide, 2. The post-Armenian Genocide time period and the state of the surviving Armenian population in Turkey, 3. gender and genocide, especially as relates to the Armenian Genocide. It is anticipated that this research would be pursued under the mentorship of Dr. Taner Akcam, director of the AGRP.
These applications require
